Honestly, I've realised over the past few weeks that I spend too much time with this place. I'm gonna slowly come to an end with my pointless posts, I will keep up the chat of course as long as needed. I'm not leaving you, I just really need to focus on some higher priorities come the next 5 weeks.
On a sad note, a lot has happened this week for Taylor. The total disappointment from Clive Davis on American Idol, and the revealment of his "girlfriend" (???). The main factor in all of this, is that a large amount of his fans are upset. I'm mainly crushed over the American Idol Scandal on Wednesday, that was played out by Mr. Davis. Most of his fans, however, are hurt by photos published by TMZ. There is nothing we can really say or do about it though. Yes, we can let out our anguish and disgust, we can admit that we are jealous. But at that moment, whether it was the only moment or not, Taylor had someone on his arm, and we can't pick and choose who he dates. That is completely up to him.
I'm also aware of some really disturbing comments made on one of the News Websites that talks about Taylor's "babe." We shouldn't believe these, no matter how convincing they are. Think about this if you feel yourself falling to the rumors, Why would someone post something so personal and possibly hurtful? And who would post it? It's completely disrespectful, not just towards Taylor, but to his fans. It hurt me personally, knowing that someone doesn't have any type of respect or decensy towards people. What a shame.
For my HONEST opinion, to Taylor, conrats man. Whether it was just a first date, or a 10th date, or just a one time thing, congrats. It's good to know that you are at least socializing outside of the concert halls.

Kenz: The world is a big place and many people come in and out of it. A rarified few are worth keeping close. You'd be one. Stay close. Mr. Hicks is a valuable musician; the dude is not God. The best thing that came from Gray Charles are friendships. And ten years from now, that will be the thing that I hold most dear.

lol, yeah I know he's not God.. but he's freakin close to it! LOL, I just look up to the man is all, and the way some of these people are acting is just REDICULOUS! (dunno if i spelled that right...)

Secondly, this whole gf thing with Taylor has turned out to be good for me. I was surprised at how jealous I felt and decided that wasn't healthy. I've been taking a break from the computer and have been spending time with my HUSBAND. What a concept!
I feel so good. Sort of free. I know that sounds weird, but I'm not looking to see what's up in Taylorland anymore. I'm letting it go. But I don't want to lose touch with my GC friends, so I'll be stopping by chat every now and then.
Oh, I think I'm also getting a pretty funny column out of the experience.
