Has The "Soul Patrol" Lost It's Soul?

I know we are all tired of hearing about what happened at Gray's. I'm not posting this to say anything against him, or for that matter to support him. The main reason we went there in the first place was for Taylor, to support him and randomly shout "Soul Patrol!" Now, Graycharles.com is gone, and we are saying that there is no where else for us to go. When in fact there are A HUNDRED places to go, and I don't think I'm exaggerating on that. We have this place among others, now I understand I'm not able to give you the information that we recieved from Gray's, but we are still here to show our support for TAYLOR.

I'm tired of all this complaining and whining, it's pointless and absolute nonsense. I'm sure Gray himself feels the same, whether you like Gray or not, there is nothing we can do. What's done is done. All the complaints in the world can't bring it back. I know I'm coming off a bit harsh, but I don't want bashing, and I don't want people leaving because of how they were treated. It all goes back to Kindergarten, "Treat others as you would like to be treated." Have some respect for God's sake, if you don't like someone, keep it to yourself. If I have to go to a higher level, and make it "cruel & unusual," I will start banning people.

All I'm saying is watch it. I, and I'm sure plenty of others, don't want to hear about this anymore. There are plenty of things in life that are WAY more important than a meesely little website, here's an example: What about our lives? Remember what happened in Virginia yesterday? Take time to think about life, and how wonderful it actually is, because some people don't get that chance.

I just put this same post on SR's blog and I want to replicate it here, with your kind permission Kenz.

Sorry to trot out another quote, but clearly it is required. I have not read any of the threads--personally, the malicious and accusatory nature of a once harmonic community is disheartening. Let us appeal to the better angels of our natures and not seek motive, intrigue and derision as the reason for everything that happens. Sometimes it just IS.

..and to make it work, it must be practiced.
